Excellent Resource for Beginners and Experienced Investors September 28, 2009 Jason Wingfield (Calgary, AB Canada) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
As a Protégé of Robert Allen's Multiple Streams of Income coaching program, I use many of the techniques in this book and THEY REALLY WORK! I know it sounds a little unbelievable at first glance, but dig into the details of the methods taught here and find a couple that you like. Use these methods over and over again to build your wealth. And don't forget to give back 10% of what you earn to the church or charities of your choice.
If you haven't already read it, Multiple Streams of Income will show you how to add several other valuable streams of income as well:

I wish the author would stop spamming me September 9, 2009 R. A. Williams (Albuquerque, NM USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Does the author realize that many of the methods he recommends (such as lying about a second mortgage or a seller mortgage) are illegal?
I've never subscribed to any of his "newsletters" and have repeatedly blocked the messages, but the author or someone acting on his authority bought my E-mail address and will not respond to unsubscribe requests. He gets around the Spam filters by either mailing from multiple addresses or by using some sort of bot, and my E-mail inbox is choked with exhortations to buy his books, or his "seminars" or his "mentoring" services.
Whatever you do, if you end up buying this book, don't subscribe to any on-line service that has anything to do with this author, because if you do you'll have to change your E-mail address the way I did.
Great Concepts November 30, 2008 Jim Fargiano (East Quogue, NY) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read this book a couple of times just to make sure I had the fundamentals right. While Robert Allen has many great ideas and ways to buy real estate with no money down, I did find it a little misleading. The bottom line is that there are many fine ways explained in this book about how to transact a purchase without initially taking any money out of your own pocket.
In theory, this is great. However, most of us just starting out do not have the necessary connections to do what Mr. Allen proposes in his book. Nothing Down is still well worth the reading if you are serious about expanding your portfolio. I do believe that if each step is done as Robert has explained, then you will reap the rewards.

Build Your Wealth With Real Estate September 26, 2008 Mary Wozny (Collingwood, Ontario, Canada) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Robert Allen's book Nothing Down for the 2000's is a key tool for any investor to have in their personal 'toolbox'. It is full of useful information, strategies and techniques to successfully invest in real estate using little or none of your own money. I have personally purchased over $20 million worth of real estate using "No Money Down" strategies, solid proof that this works! Check it out at www.MillionaireRiches.com
Teaches a lot July 5, 2008 Greg Ofiesh (O`ahu) I can see why people are successful reading this book. Interestingly, he begins with the real issue in one's life - what do they really want to do with their lives?
