As a first-time buyer, Corbett 'flipped' my perspective on the daunting task of entering the real estate market. I read this book, and actually had the good fortune to meet Mr. Corbett myself. He generously offered to coach me every step of the way. His knowledge is legitimate, he is down-to-earth and knows exactly how to value an investment. Can't say enough about how beneficial his insight proved in boosting my #1 investment...my financial IQ.

After reading Micheal Corbett's "Find It, Fix It, Flip it." I know can see why he's a regular on the Larry King Show.
His advice is concise and the best "how to" book on the market.

I bought a house with the plan of flipping it and making lots of money. However, I soon realized I didn't know what I was doing. A friend suggested that I read "Find It, Fix It, Flip It!", and boy am I glad I did. It showed me step by step what to do and was tremendously helpful. I couldn't have done it without this book!

I was really impressed at how perfect this book was for me. I found the informtaion so helpful and practical. Even in todays market these principles apply. Just the profit calculator and the other worksheets have saved me so much time and energy when trying to decide what property to purchase. His approach is conservative and very very practical. I highy recommend this book to anyone trying to get a great overview of the buying, rehabing and flipping for a profit.

As an attorney and license real estate broker I found the author to have great insights that specifically helped me identify the house with the most potential - particularly in this market. I loved his "breaking it down" about "How to tell the fixers apart - the Cosmetic, the Tear Down and the Down Right Ugly." This book was great in helping me find the houses with the "right things wrong."
