How to Sell a House Fast in a Slow Real Estate Market April 14, 2010 Bradley Borkowski (Detroit, MI) 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
I never recieved this book! I sent four (4) e mails to Amazon with NO results! VERY, VERY disapaointed with the lack of service (or NON SERVICE) given by Amazon!!! Amazon should provide an 800 number with a real live person to handle this lack of service.
This Book is an Excellent Investment February 3, 2010 Sharon Abelove 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My husband and I are in the process of selling two homes and found Ray Cooper's book, "How to Sell a House Fast in a Slow Market" very educational. We have utilized several of his strategies to help us to market our homes. We are currently in the process of creating an optimized website for our homes and have priced them using Ray's guidelines. This book was immensely helpful when dealing with a sluggish real estate market that has an over supply of inventory. We believe that using Ray's ideas will allow us to sell both of our houses fast and for the price we want. We encourage everyone who has a home to sell, to buy this book. It will be an excellent investment!

A must read in a hard economy. It has helped me rethink how I was selling.
For The Seriously Motivated Seller July 23, 2009 David If you are a real estate investor, this is a must read.
I am a real estate investor based in Boston, Massachusetts that has targeted motivated sellers. This book has given me the tips and insight that has helped in sharpening my marketing campaign. I believe it was written to help investors find motivated sellers.

Get It Sold Fast! July 3, 2009 Dianne Leaming (Denver, CO) This book condenses the two authors' combined efforts of well over 30 years of experience buying and selling properties. The game has changed from what it was just a few years ago and so must our strategies of selling a home in TODAY'S unprecedented market. Whether the reader is selling their own home or is a seasoned real estate investor, there are ideas and methods for all. Especially important is understanding the immediate market surrounding the property. And, listing with the best real estate broker possible to productively & effectively market the property and how to educate them if they are not doing that!
The authors are both terrific mentors, do deals in TODAY'S market, and "practice what they preach". Ray Cooper has kindly given me a free consultation and has a concise program entitled "A.D.O.C.T.O.R.'s 7 Real Estate Commandments" of CDs and this book. Cooper's perspective from that of a real estate broker would be helpful to investors, who have a different mindset. Bill Bronchick, who is very effective at teaching, offers a tremendous, detailed mentoring program for all investors, both new and seasoned alike, that covers practically anything a student would need to know to succeed in real estate investing.
