Very Good Info! May 20, 2010 David M. Patterson Very good info and well written. Easy to read and understand. Not at all boring. But it is geared more towards multi-family investing, than towards single rental homes, although many of the concepts are transferable.
Great book. April 24, 2010 C. Rogers This is an outstanding book for anyone considering real estate investments. I highly recommend it.
Detailed book on Real Estate Investing April 6, 2010 Aseiu P. This is definitely a very detailed book on real estate investing (especially residential real estate). Easy to read no unnecessary nonsense (just to fill up the book).
You can definitely tell that this book is from somebody who is breathing and living real estate investing. And he is very detail oriented.
Basic and Already Outdated December 21, 2009 Thomas W. Dolislager (Conway, AR USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Both the mortgage and real estate markets have crashed since this was published. The game has changed. Find something more current to read.
The education continues October 19, 2009 George Skeeters (shelbyville, ky) What can I say but this book gives you an education that you can use to get started. The first one I have read that is more applicable today than the day it was written. Would love to meet the author as he is obviously a very gifted yet common thinker who could easily be your next door neighbor.....if it werent for the road he has traveled.
